You can wash the bottom bowl and top bowl with soap and water. Be sure to dry completely after washing. 2. For grate/gear box grille, do not wash with water!!! Very important. The gears should not be exposed to water. To clean the grate wipe off with a damp cloth, and then a dry cloth. For sticky residue we recommend wiping the grate off with vegetable oil and then wiping off with a damp cloth.
